Where Potential Meets Possibility

Community-Based Mentoring

Community-Based Mentoring

Our signature mentoring program matches Littles (youth ages 5–18) with Bigs (adult volunteer mentors) for one-on-one time together in the local community. These relationships are built through simple, meaningful moments — sharing meals, exploring hobbies, playing games, or just talking.

Each match creates a schedule that fits their lives. Over time, these consistent connections help Littles expand their skills, build confidence, and discover new possibilities for their future.

Site-Based Mentoring

Site-Based Mentoring

Our site-based mentoring program brings Bigs and Littles together right on school campuses. Youth ages 5–18 meet weekly with their mentors during or after the school day to read, do homework, play games, and build meaningful, trust-based relationships.

These consistent connections help youth boost academic performance, gain confidence, and strengthen relationships with peers and adults.

We also offer small-group mentoring, with one Big supporting three Littles through fun, structured activities focused on character development, social-emotional learning, and leadership skills.

Big Futures

Big Futures

Big Futures supports teens and young adults (up to age 24) as they prepare for graduation, independence, and what comes next. Mentoring takes place during or after school or work hours at trusted school and community partner sites.

This program helps youth navigate key milestones with confidence — from high school graduation to career planning, post-secondary education, life skills, and civic engagement.

With the consistent support of a caring mentor, Big Futures empowers young people to build purpose, independence, and a future they’re excited to lead.

Matching high school students (Littles) with mentors (Bigs) who have a college degree or technical experience. Through one-on-one meetings during lunches and special events, mentors will help youth build academic confidence, social skills, and explore post-secondary and career interests and opportunities.

Supporting former Littles ages 18–24 by continuing their mentoring relationship as they enter adulthood. Activities for Little and Big matches will focus on workforce readiness, education, independent living, financial literacy, and self-care.

Engaging high school students as mentors to elementary students, fostering leadership, empathy, and a commitment to community service through weekly sessions that build academic and social-emotional skills.

Project REACH

Project REACH

Project REACH enhances our one-to-one mentoring with engaging group outings designed to broaden horizons and deepen connections. Activities focus on developmental goals in five focus areas: Recreation, Education & Careers, Arts & Culture, Civic Engagement, and Health & Fitness.

These structured events strengthen mentor-mentee relationships, support developmental goals, and make volunteering easier and more rewarding for Bigs.

While we don’t ask our Bigs to cover costs, we rely on community support to make these impactful opportunities possible — and the return is priceless.
